These Terms of Service govern your use of the ClinicNex AI clinic management platform (the “Service”), provided by PetalNex (Pvt.) Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms on behalf of yourself and your healthcare facility.
1. The Service & Medical Disclaimer
ClinicNex AI provides web-based software for managing appointments, patient medical history, PKR billing, and clinic reporting. ClinicNex AI is an administrative management platform—it does not provide clinical diagnoses or medical advice. All healthcare treatments, prescriptions, and medical judgments remain solely the responsibility of licensed medical practitioners.
2. Clinic Accounts & Access
• Account holders must provide accurate clinic information and safeguard login credentials.
• The clinic account owner is responsible for all activity conducted under staff accounts they provision.
• Immediately alert our team at support@clinicnexai.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3. 7-Day Free Trial
New clinics receive a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No payment card or financial details are required to start. When the 7-day trial period finishes, the account pauses automatically—there is never an automatic surprise charge. Your entered clinic data is preserved for 30 days while you decide on a plan.
4. Plans, Fees and Payments
• Per-Clinic Pricing: The software is priced at PKR 10,000 per month (or PKR 100,000 per year, equivalent to PKR 8,333/month), covering unlimited doctors, receptionists, and staff accounts for one physical clinic location.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Subscription fees are payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Direct Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or online cards.
• Notice of Price Changes: We provide at least 30 days advance notice before modifying subscription fees. Existing active terms remain protected until renewal.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation penalties. Monthly plans remain accessible until the conclusion of the paid billing month. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase are eligible for a pro-rata refund upon written request.
6. Ownership of Clinic Data
Your clinic retains 100% ownership over all patient records, visit notes, and billing records entered. ClinicNex AI claims zero proprietary rights over your patient data. You are free to export your complete records to Excel, CSV, or PDF at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful practices, attempt to access data belonging to other clinics, reverse-engineer system code, or share access credentials outside authorized practice personnel.
8. System Availability & Support
We work to deliver 99.9% application uptime. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak Pakistani clinic operating hours with advance notice. Live support is accessible Mon–Sat from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT in Urdu and English.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by your clinic during the preceding twelve (12) months.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. In case of inquiries or disputes, reach our legal team at support@clinicnexai.com.
